How to Track Payouts and Revenue on GoJammin
Last reviewed: April 1, 2026
GoJammin displays your revenue data in the form of reports, but actual payouts to your bank account are handled by Stripe. In this article, we explain what reports are available in GoJammin Studio and how the payout process works.
Here you’ll find information about tracking revenue, downloading CSV reports, and checking your Stripe connection status.
How payouts work
The entire payout process is based on Stripe Connect. Here’s how money gets from the buyer to your bank account:
- The buyer purchases a ticket — payment goes to the GoJammin platform account in Stripe.
- GoJammin deducts the platform fee (if applicable).
- Stripe automatically transfers the remaining amount to your connected Stripe account.
- Stripe holds the funds according to your payout schedule (configured in the Stripe dashboard, not in GoJammin).
- Stripe pays out the funds to your bank account according to the schedule.
If you haven’t connected your Stripe account with GoJammin yet, check the article How to Connect Stripe Payments.
Reports
The Reports page displays and lets you download reports from all your events. Only completed orders are included. Here’s how to use reports:
In the organizer dashboard, click “Reports” in the side navigation menu
On the Reports page, you’ll see 5 cards with report types — each card describes what data the report contains

Click the card of the desired report to display detailed data in a table
Use the date range and currency filters at the top of the page to narrow results to the period you’re interested in
Click the download button to export the report data as a CSV file
Report types
GoJammin provides five report types. Each presents data from a different perspective:
Revenue Summary
This is your main report for tracking income. It shows a daily breakdown of revenue across all events. Table columns:
Date, Gross Sales, Net Revenue, Refunds, Taxes, Fees, Orders
You can filter the report by date range and currency. CSV export creates a revenue_summary_report.csv file.

Event Performance
A report broken down by individual events. Lets you compare results of different events by sales, orders, customers, and page views. Each event has a status badge: Past, Ongoing, On Sale, or Upcoming. Use this report to identify your best-performing events.
Tax Summary
A breakdown of collected taxes grouped by tax type and event. If you want to learn more about tax configuration, check the article Taxes and Fees.
Check-in Summary
An attendance and check-in rate report from all your events. Useful for analyzing actual attendee presence compared to tickets sold.
Platform Fees
A detailed breakdown of GoJammin platform fees by individual transactions. Columns include GoJammin Fee, VAT Rate, VAT on Fee, Total Fee, and Stripe Payment ID. You can filter the report by event, date range, and currency.
If you’re looking for detailed data about individual orders, check the article Managing Orders.
Stripe connection status
Users with the Administrator role can check the Stripe connection status in the Payment & Plan tab in account settings. In the Payment Processing section, you’ll see one of three statuses:
- Connected to Stripe — a green checkmark next to the text confirms the account is connected. The Open Stripe Dashboard link takes you directly to your Stripe dashboard.
- Not Connected — the Connect with Stripe button starts the account connection process.
- Setup Incomplete — the Finish Stripe Setup button lets you complete the started process.
