Finding tickets on GoJammin

If you don’t have access to the confirmation email or want to quickly get to your tickets, use the ticket lookup feature on the GoJammin login page.

The order summary page is your ticket management hub. Here’s what you’ll find: Order reference — a unique number identifying your order Event details — name, date, location Attendee list with actions for each ticket: Print Ticket — opens the ticket in a printable format Resend Ticket — resends the ticket email to the attendee Resend Confirmation Email — resends the order confirmation to your email Print All Tickets — opens all tickets from the order in a single printable view Download Invoice — downloads an invoice for the order (if available) If you’re still having trouble finding your tickets, contact the event organizer.

How to Find Your Tickets on GoJammin

After purchasing tickets on GoJammin, you’ll receive an order confirmation at your email address. You can also find your tickets at any time directly on the GoJammin website using the ticket lookup feature. Below you’ll find both methods.

Order confirmation email

Right after purchasing tickets, you’ll receive a confirmation email at the address you provided during the order. The message contains an order summary: event name, number of tickets, attendee details, and a link to the order summary page where you can manage your tickets.

Finding tickets on GoJammin

Go to the GoJammin login page. Find the expandable “Looking for your tickets?” section and click to expand it.

Enter the email address you used when purchasing tickets and click “Send”.

Check your inbox — you’ll receive an email with a link to the “My Tickets” page. Click the link to open your order list.

On the “My Tickets” page, you’ll see cards for all orders linked to your email address. Each card shows the event title, date, location, number of tickets, and purchase date. Click “View Order” to see the details.

On the order summary page, you’ll find full order information and an attendee list with actions for each ticket: “Print Ticket”, “Resend Ticket”. You can also use the “Print All Tickets” button at the top of the page.
