How to Customize Your Event Page on GoJammin
Last reviewed: April 1, 2026
The Homepage Designer lets you customize the look of your event page — change the cover image, colors, background, and button text. All changes are visible live in the preview panel on the right side of the screen.
Customize the layout, colors, and branding of your event homepage. The homepage is the first thing potential attendees see after the event is published — you can personalize it to match your event’s brand.
Accessing the page designer
Go to your event, then click Homepage Designer in the side menu of the organizer dashboard. The page title is Homepage Design. On the right side, you’ll see the Homepage Preview — a live preview panel that updates in real time as you change settings.
Images
The first accordion section lets you add a cover image that displays at the top of the event page.
Open the Images section in the Homepage Designer panel
Drag an image file onto the upload zone or click to select a file from your computer — recommended dimensions are 1950px by 650px (3:1 aspect ratio), maximum file size 5 MB

After uploading, the cover image will automatically appear in the preview on the right — the image displays at the top of the event page
Theme and colors
The second accordion section gives you full control over the color scheme of the event page. Here are all available settings:
Background Type
Choose how the page background is displayed:
- Color — solid background color. A simple and clean choice.
- Use Cover Image — a blurred version of the cover image as background. This option is unavailable if no cover image has been uploaded yet.
Accent Color
The main brand color used for buttons and highlights on the event page. Default value is #8b5cf6 (purple). Click the color picker to choose any color in HEX format with transparency (alpha) support.
Background Color
The event page background color. Default value is #f5f3ff (light purple). When using the cover image as background, this color is used as an overlay.
Color Mode
Switch between Light and Dark mode. The mode is automatically detected based on the background color brightness, but you can override it manually. The color mode affects text and UI element colors to ensure readability.
Contrast checker
Below the color settings, you’ll find an automatic contrast checker. It displays Good readability (with a green checkmark) if text is clearly visible on the selected background, or Text may be hard to read as a warning when contrast is insufficient.

Button text
The third accordion section lets you change the text of the main CTA (call-to-action) button on the event page.
Continue Button Text — enter your custom button text that buyers click to start the purchase process. Examples: “Buy Tickets”, “Register Now”. Leave the field empty to use the default text.
Saving and preview
After making all changes, click the Save Changes button to apply your customizations. The Homepage Preview on the right shows exactly how the event page will look to visitors. Changes update in real time, so you can experiment with settings before saving.
After customizing the page look, you can publish it to make it visible to potential attendees. Learn more about the publishing process in the guide How to Publish Your Event.
