How to Request a Refund on GoJammin

Refund policies on GoJammin are set individually by each event organizer. To request a ticket refund, contact the organizer directly through the contact form on the event page.
How to request a refund
To send a refund request to the organizer, follow these steps:
Go to the event page on GoJammin for the event you purchased tickets for.
Click the “Contact” button on the event page to open the contact form with the organizer.
Fill in the contact form: enter your name in the “Enter your name” field, your email address in the “Enter your email” field (use the one from your purchase), and describe your refund request in the “Message” field. Include your order reference number so the organizer can quickly locate your order.
Click “Send Message” to send your request to the organizer.
After sending, you’ll see a confirmation: “Your message was sent successfully!”. The organizer will receive your message and review your refund request.
What happens after sending the request
After sending the message, the organizer will review your refund request. If the organizer approves the refund, the funds will be returned to your original payment method. You’ll receive an email notification about the refund.
The refund processing time depends on the organizer’s policy and the processing time of your bank or payment provider.
