How to Manage Attendees on GoJammin
Last reviewed: April 1, 2026
The Attendees page is your guest list management center. Here you’ll find all registered attendees for your event — whether they bought a ticket online or were added manually. Each attendee is linked to a specific order, but a single order can include multiple attendees (e.g., when someone buys 3 tickets).
In this article, you’ll learn how to read the attendee table, filter and search the list, add attendees manually, and use the action menu for each attendee.
Attendee table overview
When you open the Attendees page, you’ll see a table with all your event’s attendees. Each row contains key information about the attendee and their ticket. Here’s what you’ll find in each column:
Go to the Attendees tab in the side menu of the Event Dashboard

Attendee Details column — avatar with initials, first and last name (clickable), public identifier, email address (click to send a message or copy), and notes icon

Order and Ticket column — ticket name (product type), order identifier (click to open order details), and registration date
Status column — colored badge: Active (green checkmark), Awaiting Payment (clock), or Cancelled (X)

Check-in Status column — Checked In button with counter (e.g., 1/2) or Not Checked In, visible only when the event has check-in lists
Actions column — menu with options: Manage Attendee, Send Message, Resend Ticket, Cancel/Activate Ticket
Filtering and searching attendees
With a large number of attendees, use the filters and search bar to quickly find a specific person.
Filter by ticket type
Click the filter button and select Ticket Type. The list contains all ticket types available in your event, including tiered options. Select one or more types to show only attendees with those tickets.
Filter by attendee status
The second filter is Attendee Status. Available options are:
- Active — attendee with a paid ticket, ready to attend the event
- Cancelled — ticket has been cancelled (e.g., after a refund or manual cancellation)
- Awaiting Payment — order with an offline payment that has not yet been confirmed
Search bar
At the top of the page, you’ll find a search bar. You can search for attendees by name, email address, or order number. Results update automatically as you type.
Export attendee list
Click the Export button on the toolbar to download the full attendee list in XLSX format. The file contains all data visible in the table — useful for reports or external tools.
Adding attendees manually
Not every attendee needs to buy a ticket through the website. You can manually add people to the guest list — for example, invited guests, people with complimentary tickets, or attendees registered offline.
Click the Add Attendee button on the toolbar. A modal will open where you enter the new attendee’s details. After saving, the attendee will appear in the table with Active status.
Attendee action menu
Each row in the table has an Actions column with a dropdown menu. Available options are:
Manage Attendee
Opens the full attendee details view. You can see all information about the attendee, their ticket, and the associated order.
Send Message
Allows you to send a message directly to the attendee at their email address. Useful when you need to communicate important information to a specific attendee.
Resend Ticket
Resends the ticket email to the attendee. Use this option when an attendee reports they didn’t receive their ticket or accidentally deleted it.
Cancel Ticket / Activate Ticket
The Cancel Ticket option changes the attendee’s status to Cancelled. If the ticket has already been cancelled, you’ll see the Activate Ticket option, which restores the attendee to Active status.
