Each seating category can be sold by exactly one ticket product. If you want multiple price tiers (Early Bird, Regular, Last-Minute) for the same seats, create separate categories in your plan instead.
When a ticket is bound to a seating category, you can't manually edit its Available Quantity — it always equals the number of seats in that category. To increase capacity, edit the seating plan.
If you switch the plan on an event that already has sales, GoJammin creates a fresh "event" in the seating system. Past purchases remain valid; in-flight holds are released. Avoid this unless necessary.
When a customer picks a seat, GoJammin holds it for them so no one else can buy it. By default, the hold lasts 10 minutes. If the customer reaches checkout, the hold extends to your order timeout setting. If they abandon the page or close the tab, the hold is released and the seat becomes available again.
The visual editor speaks English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, and Arabic. For all other languages, the Designer falls back to English. This affects only the editor UI; customers see the chart in their own language.

Yes — tickets can be transferred just like any other product. The seat stays the same; only the attendee name updates.
Your plan needs to be linked to the venue you selected in Settings → Location. Open the plan in Seating Plans, set its venue, save, and the dropdown will populate.
The Designer is a graphics-heavy tool. If you experience lag with very large plans (more than 5,000 seats), try a more recent browser or device. For day-to-day operations during sales, this isn't an issue — the Designer is only used during plan setup.

Once your venue and plan are ready, attaching them to an event takes two steps: pick the plan in your event settings, then map each ticket to a seating category.
