How to Connect Stripe for Payments on GoJammin

To receive payments for tickets sold on GoJammin, you need to connect your account with Stripe — a secure payment platform powering millions of businesses worldwide. This is a one-time setup, after which all future payments will automatically go to your account.
Go to the Account tab and select Payment Settings
Find the “Payment Processing” section and click the Connect with Stripe button

GoJammin will redirect you to stripe.com — fill in the identity verification form and provide your business details
Enter the bank account details where you’d like to receive payouts from ticket sales
After completing the verification, Stripe will automatically redirect you back to GoJammin
If the connection was successful, you’ll see a green confirmation icon and an Open Stripe Dashboard button
If the verification wasn’t completed, click Finish Stripe Setup to continue the process
The entire Stripe connection process usually takes a few minutes. However, Stripe may need 1–2 business days to fully verify your account — you can continue setting up your event in the meantime.
After connecting Stripe
Once your Stripe account is successfully connected to GoJammin, you’ll have access to several important features:
- VAT Settings — after a successful connection, a VAT configuration dialog may appear. This applies to organizers in the European Union. Fill in the details according to your business’s tax profile.
- Platform Fees — a platform fee is charged on each transaction. You can find the current rates in the Payment Settings section of your account.
- Stripe Dashboard — from GoJammin, you can open the Stripe Dashboard by clicking the Open Stripe Dashboard button. There you’ll find detailed information about transactions, payouts, and billing.
