“Verification pending” — Stripe may need 1–2 business days to verify your identity. You don’t need to do anything — the status will update automatically once approved.
“Document rejected” — if Stripe rejected your uploaded document, log in to the Stripe Dashboard and upload a new, clear scan of your identity document. Make sure the image is legible and up to date.
“Payout delayed” — the first payout may be held for a few days — this is standard Stripe procedure for new accounts. Check the details in the Stripe Dashboard under Payouts.
“Can’t find the connect button” — make sure you’re in Account → Payment Settings, not in a specific event’s settings. The Connect with Stripe button is in the main account settings.
