The way you breathe has a huge impact on your body and well‑being. Did you know that diaphragmatic breathing regulates pelvic floor muscles and stimulates the vagus nerve? Or that proper nasal breathing supports immunity and can influence facial features? Or how breath can affect your mood and energy levels? Maybe you’re looking for ways to consciously change habits to feel lighter, calmer and more present.
We will explain this at a breathwork workshop led by Sylwia Woźna. Sylwia is an experienced yoga teacher and a mindful guide in breathwork. She will gently introduce you to the fascinating theory so you understand which techniques to use to boost your energy, relax before sleep or support concentration.
In the second part we’ll move to practice — real learning begins when the body itself feels the difference. You can expect a warm, safe space and an atmosphere that supports immersion in the experience.
This is the second edition of the breath meeting — we will cover completely different topics and provide materials useful for practice. It’s an evening that can transform your breathing and your everyday experience.
