How do we work?
Each meeting combines brief, accessible theory and practice.

Between meetings we invite you to a short morning online breathing practice to support regularity and integration of experiences.
Tuesdays and Thursdays | 6:30–6:50
Time for a gentle start to the day and grounding the practice.
