    Mindfulness and BREATH FOR LIFE



    Less tension. More life.

    We live fast. Often tense, on autopilot, with a head full of thoughts. This series of meetings invites you to slow down, pause, and catch your breath.

    Mindfulness and BREATH FOR LIFE is a 4-week mindful presence program based on MBSR guidelines that supports stress reduction, tension regulation, and building inner resilience. No pressure. No judging. At a gentle pace.



    Who is this program for?



    • you feel tired and overloaded
    • you live in constant hurry or stress
    • you have difficulty calming down
    • you want to cope better with tension
    • you are looking for simple, proven mindfulness practices


    No prior experience needed.



    How do we work?

    Each meeting combines brief, accessible theory and practice.



    • mindful breathing
    • the body and signals of tension
    • simple mindfulness and meditation practices
    • nervous system regulation


    Program – 4 sessions



    • Autopilot and presence — How to return to the body and the present moment instead of acting automatically.
    • Mindfulness and stress — How stress works in the body and mind and how to regulate tension.
    • Thoughts and emotions — How to notice thoughts and emotions without judging.
    • Resilience – inner strength — How to build stability, flexibility and calm in everyday life. Practices that support returning to balance.


    Additional practice (for those interested)

    Between meetings we invite you to a short morning online breathing practice to support regularity and integration of experiences.

    Tuesdays and Thursdays | 6:30–6:50

    Time for a gentle start to the day and grounding the practice.
