Between sessions we invite you to a short morning online breathing practice to support regularity and integration of experiences: Tuesdays and Thursdays | 6:30–6:50
Time for a gentle start to the day and grounding the practice.

Ewa Dąbrowska — Certified MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) teacher, yoga teacher and breath coach. Additionally over 25 years of experience in business managing international corporations.
