
The way we breathe reflects not only the state of our body but also our emotional state. Our thoughts and feelings have a direct impact on our physiology. In this workshop we will experience how quickly we can change how we feel.
During this one-hour session we will focus on conscious work with emotions. Integrative Breathwork includes techniques such as Transformational Breath, Rebirthing, and Holotropic Breathing. In this session we will concentrate on Transformational Breath — a deep, continuous breathing practice, a form of controlled hyperventilation that can lead to deeper body awareness and intense emotional experiences, supporting a process of inner transformation.
