Therapeutic group for adults with relationship difficulties
About the event
We invite adults to join the group who: - experience difficulties in building and maintaining satisfying relationships, - feel lonely or misunderstood in interactions with others, - have trouble expressing their needs and emotions and maintaining their boundaries, - experience anxiety or tension in social relationships, - wish to develop communication skills and build healthier relationships. Participation in the group is an opportunity to better understand yourself and your challenges in a safe, respectful atmosphere. Working together in the group allows not only for support from others but also for viewing your challenges from a new perspective. Group psychotherapy creates a space for experimenting with new ways of building relationships, better recognizing your needs and boundaries, and implementing real changes in various areas of life – both personal and professional relationships. 📅 Organizational information: - The group is closed (starts and ends with a fixed composition). - Meeting schedule: Mondays, 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM (October 2025 - March 2026). - Location: Ukojenie - Centrum Terapii Krótkoterminowej, al.
