Intervision Group with SSP Program for Therapists

About the event

ATTENTION: CHANGE OF DATE FOR THE FIRST MEETING TO FRIDAY, 21.11.2025! I invite you to a series of intervision and support meetings for psychotherapists working in various modalities, open to broadening their perspective on working with patients in an atmosphere of collegial exchange of thoughts and experiences. The meetings will consist of an intervision part (approx. 2h), during which we will jointly look at ongoing psychotherapeutic processes. The second part of the meetings will be supportive, based on elements of polyvagal theory. We will learn self-regulation, observe how our autonomic nervous system works, and how to better understand and take care of ourselves in our work. Each group participant will also have the opportunity to use the Safe and Sound Protocol – a therapeutic program that supports nervous system self-regulation, helps cope with stimulus overload, supports a sense of safety, and develops mental resilience. The polyvagal perspective may also prove to be an interesting extension of the toolkit for working with patients. - Number of places: 7 📅 WHEN: Friday, 12:30 - 15:30 (once a month) 21.11, 12.12.2025, 16.01, 13.02, 13.03, 10.04, 15.05, 12.06.2026 📍 WHERE: Przestrzeń Psychoterapii Saska 103, ul. Saska 103/2, Warsaw 💰 COST: 150 PLN / person / session (Decision to join the group means participation in all meetings; absence does not exempt from payment. The cost includes access to the SSP protocol until the end of June 2026). HOST: KATARZYNA ŻURAWSKA – I am a psychologist, integrative psychotherapist. I completed a 4-year psychotherapy training at the Wrocław Foundation for Mental Health Protection and Psychotherapy Development. I am a certified NEST therapist: the New Experience for Survivors of Trauma and a NEST supervisor-applicant. Last year, I received a certificate from the Polyvagal Institute USA, Dr. Stephen Porges, for completing the course "Polyvagal Theory: Safety, Connection, and Human Experience". I am also an SSP (Safe and Sound Protocol) therapist, working independently (with people needing support in tension regulation, stress management, overload) and as a supporting element in long-term processes in the office.
