About the event

Therapeutic work in the Gestalt approach is a process based on emotions, being in the "here and now", acceptance, creative adaptation, and relationships. The group format not only allows you to work on your personal and relational difficulties, experience the presence and support of others, but also draws attention to the importance of relationships in our lives, what they bring, and how we are within them. Additionally, by using artistic techniques (just to mention drawing, painting, graphics, sculpture, music, dance, or theater), you can /and we will/ reach contact with yourself, not only gain insights, but above all feel yourself, and then use creativity to express yourself and communicate with the world. And no skills are needed for this! This form helps to limit excessive mental overload, regulates emotions and the nervous system, helps to work through difficulties, make changes, and supports growth. For whom: - you feel uncertain in contact with yourself and others - you experience emotions that overwhelm you - your thoughts are chaotic and pressured - you have difficulty naming your states or experience excessive thinking - you lack relationships and support - you are limited by blockages, can't move forward - you are looking for inspiration and development... then this offer may be for you. I invite you to a free consultation, which precedes participation in the group. The group is intended for adults. ✨ When and where: Meetings will start in November 2025 and last until the end of June 2026. They will take place weekly, on Mondays from 18:30 to 20:30, at ko-relacje ul. Koncertowa 10 lok. 41 (near Metro Ursynów). 💸 Investment: 150 PLN per meeting (all materials are included in the price). Facilitator: Katarzyna Świątek - I am a graduate of pedagogy at the University of Warsaw. During my studies, I participated in a two-year internship organized by the Bene Vobis Foundation and the Youth Center for Prevention and Psychotherapy MOP in Warsaw. Then I completed the School for Psychotherapists and Group Trainers at the Institute of Integral Gestalt Psychotherapy in Krakow. I took part in a one-year art therapy course at the Erickson Institute in Łódź and postgraduate studies in art history at the Polish Academy of Sciences. I also completed the Gestalt Group Therapy School of Kamila Kostrzewska. I am a therapist certified by EAGT and PTPG. I am fascinated by working through the body.
