We are pleased to announce the start of recruitment for a nine-month Gestalt psychotherapy group. A small group of up to 12 people is recommended for those who: - Want to strengthen their interpersonal skills - Wish to better understand themselves, their emotions and needs, and reactions - Struggle with low self-esteem - Feel lonely and isolated - Have difficulties building satisfying social relationships - Experience anxiety, shyness, and lack of assertiveness - Want to better manage their anger - Struggle with depressive, anxiety, or psychosomatic disorders, ADHD - This is also an opportunity for those who have experienced wounds in groups, to take care of their wounds in a safe group environment - It is also a path for those seeking self-development, self-discovery, and potential growth, experiencing existential or life crises The group allows you to work on social behavior patterns and build healthier relationships in a safe environment. We invite you to sign up! ✨ Recruitment is ongoing! ⏰ Admission to the group is preceded by a consultation of about 40-50 minutes, cost 240 PLN 💸 Monthly cost is 720 PLN 🗓️ The group will meet on Thursdays, 3 times a month, from 17:30 to 20:30.
