Assertiveness Training – Annual Edition 2025/2026 We invite you to participate in a year-long series of meetings aimed at developing assertive communication skills, setting boundaries, and building self-confidence in both private and professional life. The group takes the form of a workshop. For whom? - For adults who: - want to better understand themselves and their needs, - have difficulty saying "no", - want to strengthen their self-esteem, - want to practice practical boundary-setting skills in a safe and supportive atmosphere. ✨ When? Wednesdays, 6:30 PM–8:30 PM October 2025 – June 2026 📍 Where? Cogito Center for Cognitive and Schema Therapy Warsaw, Panieńska 7/002 Facilitators: - Iga Borkowska – psychotherapist, works in the cognitive-behavioral and schema therapy approach, completed comprehensive psychotherapeutic training at the MABOR Psychological-Medical Center (now Dialog) and additional training at the School of Schema Therapy accredited by the International Society of Schema Therapy (ISST). - Magdalena Ubysz – psychologist, psychosocial skills trainer. She diagnoses neurodevelopmental disorders and conducts psychological trainings and workshops in communication and assertiveness. She graduated in psychology from the University of Warsaw and is currently undergoing comprehensive cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy training at SWPS University. 💰 Price: 200 PLN consultation before the start of classes 420 PLN monthly fee for assertiveness training
