Kobierzyńska 160 (parking available) - We start on January 20, 2026 - Planned schedule: 20.01, 27.01, 03.02, 17.02, 03.03, 10.03, 17.03, 24.03 - Classes last 2 hours - the morning group starts at 9:30 and the evening group at 18:30 - You get clear guidelines on how to practice at home - Home practice takes 30-45 minutes a day - You receive materials: practice recordings and a book - Twice during the course, you can use a free 30-minute consultation - Mindfulness Day will take place on Sunday, March 15, from 10:00 to 16:00. - In case of absence, you will receive a summary of the class and recordings to stay up to date - You get free access to the online meditation group with me - You receive a certificate confirming participation in the 8-week mindfulness course - The certificate is awarded to those who participated in 6 out of 8 classes and Mindfulness Day - The closing ceremony takes place at the last class 🕒 TIME A total of 24 hours of workshops and your home practice with recordings.
