
8-week mindfulness course - acceptance, kindness, calm. Course based on Breathworks/Oddycham methodology - mindfulness for stress 🗓️ January 21 – March 18, 2026 🕒 Wednesdays 18:30-21:00 - rescheduled from January 7 The course is intended for anyone whose life is affected by stress, as well as the associated anxiety, tension, overload. Also for those interested in the practice of mindfulness. We most often experience stress at work, in relationships with loved ones, it may be related to loss or other situations when life gets out of control. We are accompanied by a small but constant tension, which we are not fully aware of, and its adverse effects only become apparent after years. It may also be that the number of problems we face is so great that it is difficult to function without outside help. In the course, we offer strategies to help cope with both existing symptoms of stress and the daily stimuli that bombard us anew. We teach how to consciously live a full, peaceful life in today's fast-paced and ever-changing world. WHAT DOES THE COURSE LOOK LIKE? The course is workshop-based, we learn mindfulness practice and how to use it in everyday life. The course lasts eight weeks, each meeting lasts 2 hours and 30 minutes. Each week has its own theme and related exercises. During the course, we encourage contact with us and asking questions, both during and outside of classes. During the course, we provide materials summarizing the classes and CDs with guided practices. A very important part of the course is independent practice at home, which allows us to turn what we learn into a daily habit. Before signing up, we ask participants to consider whether they will be able to devote about 30-45 minutes a day to this practice. Participants in our courses experience and experiment with mindfulness of body, emotions, thoughts, and environment in safe conditions, under the guidance of experienced trainers. Thanks to this, these practices are easy to introduce and apply to everyday life so that they have a lasting impact on the quality of our lives. WHAT IS MINDFULNESS? Mindfulness has two aspects. It is the skill of being present with everything we experience: emotions, thoughts, signals from the body and our environment, and everything that happens to us. This skill allows us to objectively assess situations and respond appropriately. It is also the skill of gentle, warm, kind acceptance of every moment of our life, our environment, and our relationships with people. Through mindfulness practice, we learn to develop openness to the situations we find ourselves in. Experiences stop overwhelming us, we notice that we have more distance to life's ups and downs. During the course, we learn tools that help us develop both aspects of mindfulness.
