    Dear Woman Do you sometimes feel that your emotions guide your life more than you do? Or maybe you’d like to feel your body, understand your reactions, and find peace, balance, and self-confidence within yourself? I have a special invitation for you – a series of body awareness workshops called “Laboratory of Emotions,” where through choreotherapy, dance and movement therapy, and working with emotions, you’ll discover how your body can become your guide and ally. This is not an ordinary meeting – it’s a journey into yourself, where you can experiment, discover, and accept your emotions in a safe and supportive space. _______________________________ Why is it worth participating - Emotions arise in the body and can be understood and processed there. Sylwia For those who don’t know me yet, a few words about me: Sylwia Filipska – a Germanist by profession, privately passionate about a holistic approach to life and the therapeutic dimension of the body. First she fell in love with dance, then “discovered” the body and how important it is to be consistent, in unity with body, soul, and spirit. For several years, she has been sharing her passion with others, leading workshops, inspiring, and helping women she meets on her path to return to themselves through returning to their bodies – to what is primal, most primal in us. She deeply believes that the body holds wisdom and answers we seek. She gained theoretical and practical knowledge in conducting workshops by completing a Dance Therapy course with Dr. Marzena Śniarowska-Tlatlik and a Dance Therapy Techniques and Movement Analysis course at the Iba Center for Dance and Movement Therapy. She also participated in numerous workshops on body awareness and working with the body, including Danza Contemplativa (Contemplative Dance), “Body and Relationships” as part of the School for Educators, and “Body, Knowing and Accepting Yourself.” Currently, she runs her own project back2yourself, where she shares knowledge of choreotherapy/dance and movement therapy and organizes body awareness workshops for women, creating a space for meeting and experiencing in the body that brings change to life.
