In the course: - You will get to know various instruments used in relaxation sessions and different ways of using these instruments, as well as reviews of instruments and places where you can purchase them. - You will build a list of instruments worth starting your own set with. - You will learn how to play basic relaxation instruments and have the opportunity to use each of them. - You will get acquainted with basic playing techniques and the principles of building a relaxation session. - You will play your first mini relaxation session. The course is for people who: - Want to get to know instruments such as: gongs, crystal bowls, flutes, Tibetan bowls, sansula, kalimba, RavVast, zaphir chimes, shanti, rain sticks, various drums, monochords - Want to learn the secrets of building relaxation sessions with sounds - Want to enrich their work with the possibility of including sound relaxation - Want to use the healing power of sounds in everyday life Listen to the sounds.
