We invite you to a relaxing bath in the sounds and vibrations of ethnic and archaic instruments.
A bath in gong sounds and “Tibetan” bowls is a calming and soothing experience. It’s a wonderful way to improve well‑being and regulate the nervous system — it relieves stress, helps release tensions and accumulated emotions. This 1.5‑hour session will take you to a state between wakefulness and sleep.
After the concert, those interested are invited to talk, share experiences, and see the instruments and try playing them.

ANIA STRZELECKA
I come from a family with musical traditions. Since 2009 I have followed the path of intuitive and improvised music. I co-organized the Wrocław project “Intuitive Singing as a Gate to Your Inner Music”. I took part in “Playing for Integration” in Slovenia, Hungary and Germany. I completed a two‑stage course in playing gongs, bowls and accompanying instruments with Ryszard Zdzioch. I continued learning during Gong Master Training led by Abby del Sol, Don Conreaux and Tomasz Czartoryski in 2015. I am the founder of the Nandana Gong project — I run regular sound baths, previously in the Netherlands and now in Warsaw. I have held workshops and concerts for various audiences and cooperated with yoga schools. In 2023 I ran my first intuitive singing workshop.
AGNIESZKA CHMIELEWSKA
Art therapist specializing in music therapy and visual arts. I gained skills working with sound bowls and ethnic instruments in a four‑level training with Łukasz Mazurek and from teachers such as Piotr Larysz, Joanna Filas and Lubomir Holzer. I play ethnic flutes, mainly North American Native flutes (called Siyotanka in Lakota, meaning "great melody").
