Racing thoughts? Feeling tense? Constant rush from day to day? For many of us, this is everyday life. Stress, overwhelm, and the recurring question in your head: "Could it be different?" If you're here, maybe you're asking yourself that question—just as I did some time ago. Now, I can confidently tell you that a fuller and calmer life is possible for everyone, including you. I invite you to an 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course. This is where my change began—it's when I truly stopped for the first time. Since then, I've helped many people walk a similar path. MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) is one of the most thoroughly researched secular mindfulness programs in the world. It was developed by American neurobiologist Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn. For over 40 years, it has been successfully offered to anyone who wants to better cope with stress. Benefits of the course: - Reduction of psychological and physiological stress symptoms - Greater emotional balance - Lower levels of rumination, i.e., persistent thoughts - Better understanding of bodily signals - Return to balance and calm - Silencing the inner critic - More kindness to yourself and others - Improved concentration - Reduced symptoms of anxiety and depression Mindfulness is a tool for changing your life for the better, and you can learn how to use it. I teach how to reduce stress and how to bring kindness and gentleness into your life. I run courses in person in Warsaw and online. I have led over 30 editions of 8-week mindfulness courses, with more than 250 participants in total. I am a co-author of a year-long Mindfulness Deepening Training. I lead retreats and personal development trips. I am a mentor and supervisor of mindfulness teachers. From 2020–2022, I served as vice-president of the Polish Mindfulness Institute. I live and teach with kindness. As the director of two Warsaw theaters, I experienced professional burnout and high tension and anxiety related to perfectionism. I understand what it means to struggle with yourself. I have proven to myself that a fuller and calmer life is possible. My change began with the MBSR course. Since then, I have been helping others walk a similar path. I do this from the heart and with passion, treating each person individually, with respect for their personal story.
