Would you like to learn how to regain calm and better cope with stress? We invite you to an 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Course, starting from January 14, 2026. What will you gain by participating in the course? - You will learn mindfulness techniques that support calm and balance - You will discover how to deal with tension and difficult emotions - You will improve the quality of your relationships with others and yourself - You will develop awareness of your body and mind, which will help you better manage stress What is MBSR? It is a program developed by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn, which for over 40 years has been helping people around the world cope with everyday challenges through the practice of mindfulness. The course is based on scientific research confirming its effectiveness in reducing stress and improving quality of life. What is the structure of the course? - 8 weekly online meetings, each lasting about 2.5 hours - Mindfulness Day – a full day of silent practice, offering a deep mindfulness experience - Various exercises, meditation practices, and inspiring lectures ✨ Course details: - Start: January 14, 2026, Wednesday - Hours: 18:00-20:30 - Format: in-person - Location: Samadhi Yoga Studio, Al. I am a recommended Mindfulness teacher, certified MBSR, MBCL, and DMMC trainer. I combine mindfulness with a passion for supporting people in finding balance in everyday life. Mindfulness practice is a way of life for me, which I joyfully share with others. I regularly participate in mindfulness retreats.
