During the workshop: - You will get to know different types of crystal bowls and their specific sound properties. - You will learn playing techniques that allow for deep relaxation and harmonization of body and mind. - You will find out how to create a coherent therapeutic session using the sounds of the bowls, which helps reduce stress, tension, and supports regenerative processes. - You will experience practical exercises and meditations that integrate sound with movement to support your psychophysical health.
