How often does the stress you experience arise not in response to a real situation, but in connection with what you think and imagine? Do you accept changes in your life? That events often unfold differently than we want, than we planned or imagined? Do you allow the world around you to change and transform, or do you try to turn back time so that things are "like they used to be"? We invite you to a workshop! "Dancing Among the Waves" – the name of the workshop refers to the concept of resilience and symbolizes the ability to stay afloat, flexibility, suppleness, and lightness in dealing with the waves of life. Stressful situations are part of our lives. We cannot escape them – just as we cannot escape life itself. Stress is a natural reaction of the body to change. Often, we have no influence over what happens, but we do have influence over how we experience it, how we behave, and what meaning we give it. About the workshop: The workshop will last 6 hours – enough time to: - focus on yourself and look at how you "produce" stress, - understand that many stressful situations are born in our thoughts, - learn not to scare yourself, - examine our openness to change and tolerance for the fact that "the world flows" and cannot be stopped or fully controlled, - find ways to have fewer stress reactions in our lives, - practice new approaches using a stressful situation that currently concerns you as an example. Perhaps it will turn out that the best solution is to behave differently than usual?
