
I warmly invite you to another workshop of yoga and deep relaxation.
We will begin the March meeting with a coherent breathing practice — a gentle, rhythmic breathing technique that helps calm the nervous system, reduce tension and bring the body into a state of harmony.
Such a breathing rhythm synchronizes the heart and nervous system, supporting so‑called autonomic balance. In practice this means:
This is one of the simplest yet very effective methods for regulating emotions. A few minutes a day is enough to feel the difference.
After the introduction through breath we will move into a Yoga Nidra practice — yogic sleep, a guided practice of deep relaxation and regeneration that soothes the nervous system and allows rest on a level much deeper than sleep.
The experience is completed by relaxation to the sounds of singing bowls and handpan, whose subtle vibrations bring calm and gently move every cell of the body, supporting processes of harmonization and releasing tension.
This is a time simply to be.

Anna Ankiewicz – yoga teacher and naturopath.
She completed a professional MEN course in natural therapies and herbal commodity science and is a certified Co-Active coach. She has undertaken training in Mindfulness and sound bowl massage. She specializes in methods supporting the wellbeing of people exposed to stress.
She leads classes in Yoga Nidra, Yin Yoga, Vinyasa, Pranayama, Mantra and elements of Kundalini yoga.
