I invite you to workshops where you will deepen the main yoga poses, learn how to perform them correctly and how to breathe during your practice.



Why try it? Yoga as a form of physical recreation is a fantastic foundation for a healthy lifestyle. Exploring its philosophy, carefully practicing asanas and working with the breath complement the practice and make it more complete and conscious. Such practice helps to free yourself from the flood of thoughts and negative emotions, and also relieve tension in the body.

The aim of the workshop is also for the time spent together to become an inspiration to deepen your yoga practice and live more harmoniously.



Why with me? I personally went through the path you can start now. I clearly remember the doubts about whether it was for me. Today, after many years of my own practice, I cannot imagine life without yoga. It not only helps maintain good posture and physical fitness, but also supports me mentally every day. I hold postgraduate studies "Yoga and Relaxation" at AWF in Warsaw and I am a certified Hatha Yoga instructor, TKKF Toruń. I gladly share knowledge and my own experience from the mat.



How to prepare?
Eat a light, small breakfast no later than one hour before the workshop.
Bring your mat and comfortable clothes and something to cover your eyes (e.g. a small towel, cloth) for relaxation.
Arrive on time. Your lateness may disturb other participants.



Schedule:



  • 12:00 – 12:30 – gathering participants
  • 12:30 – 13:00 – breath work (introduction to the Ujjayi technique)
  • 13:00 – 13:15 – coffee break (coffee, tea and water are available on site)
  • 13:15 – 15:00 – asana practice
  • 15:00 – 15:30 – lunch break (small snack – vegan borscht, fruit)
  • 15:30 – 16:00 – relaxation

Villa with a garden, ul. Racławicka 105, Mokotów, Warsaw



  • M1 Racławicka metro station, line 141 (Miłobędzka 02 stop) or about a 15-minute walk
  • M1 Pole Mokotowskie metro station, line 168 (Wołoska 01 stop)


There are NO parking spaces on the property; you can park along the street.



Cost:
Cost of the workshop: 120 zł. Payment by BLIK.



Reservation and contact:
Reservation of a spot after payment.
Minimum number of participants: 4 people for the workshop to take place.
In case of cancellation of the workshop the paid amount will be refunded.
