I invite you to a workshop dedicated to the breath that will help you discover how to fully use your breathing and make it an ally in everyday life. The workshop combines ancient yogic wisdom with modern knowledge from respiratory physiotherapy.
As civilization has progressed and factors such as environmental pollution, chronic stress and lack of physical activity have taken effect, we increasingly breathe in ways that are not natural or correct. Fortunately, there are proven methods drawing from yogic pranayama, Professor Buteyko’s approaches and osteopathic knowledge that allow correction of these habits. Restoring correct breathing is the key to better oxygenation of cells, more effective removal of metabolic waste products and strengthening immunity.

For everyone. Please inform the instructor if you are pregnant, just after pregnancy, have had abdominal surgery or if you have asthma.
Note: Do not eat heavy meals 2–3 hours before the workshop; it is best to eat lightly that day.
Bring water at room temperature or warm.
