We should care for our diet all the time, but when diagnosed with an autoimmune disease it is especially important to focus on health-promoting nutrition. Proper foods, correctly balanced in the daily menu, improve health. At the workshop the dietitian will show which food ingredients help fight persistent inflammation in the body not only in a health-promoting way but also deliciously. She will teach how to compose a nutrition plan to feel good and fully energetic.
The culinary workshop is aimed at everyone who cares about health and diet. We especially invite people struggling with autoimmune diseases.
