About the seminar:
This 3-day seminar in Warsaw covers anatomy and physiology of the diaphragm, mechanics of diaphragmatic breathing, observation of how breath affects energy flow, practical breathing techniques, and two protocols for diaphragm work in Shiatsu developed by Chris McAlister and Marina Papazian. The meeting combines theory, practice and experience to support physical, emotional and energetic balance.

About the teacher:
Marina has worked as a reflexology therapist since 1997, completed acupuncture (2000) and Shiatsu (2001) training, and teaches Shiatsu together with Chris McAlister. She is passionate about movement practices and energy work.
