Who is the workshop for? The meeting is dedicated to adults and teenagers who: - struggle with chronic fatigue - have problems with concentration and focus - experience stress, tension, or anxiety - are looking for natural ways to improve well-being - want to learn techniques that can be used every day Practical information - Bring comfortable clothing - Do not eat a large meal before the workshop (a full stomach may make exercises difficult) - There will be a break – you can have a small snack then - We will provide coffee, tea, and a good atmosphere (as always at MeWell!)
