The Sztuka Ciała Theater invites you to a series of workshops focused on expression training. The workshops are scheduled to take place at the Palace of Culture and Science in October and November, culminating in a presentation of participants' creations and an online film. Participation in the program is free of charge. 🎭 "Laboratory of Self" is a series of creative meetings that help you return to your own language of expression. We don't teach you how to create. We help you hear, see, and feel that something that is already within you. Then, we explore the tools needed to act in harmony with yourself and maintain regular creative activity. Between meetings, we don't wait – we create. At your own pace, in the field of your choice. At the end, inviting an audience, we will share what has been created. In your own form. In your own style.
