The workshops are aimed at people interested in theater, performance, and creative work with the body, voice, and text. It is an invitation to a shared process in which theater—understood primarily from the perspective of theater pedagogy—becomes a tool for self-expression, building relationships, and reflecting on the experience of one's identity and feminism in the contemporary world. I understand theater not as "acting," but as a living creative process—based on mindfulness, exploration, listening, and imagination. We will work in the spirit of equality, mutual support, and collectivity, assuming that each person brings something valuable to the shared space. In this process, I see myself primarily as a facilitator, not an expert—the direction of our actions will largely depend on your needs and ideas. The workshops do not require acting or performance experience. I invite both people professionally connected to theater and those who simply want to express themselves, spend time in a female group, explore the body and voice, write, read, and speak—in their own voice. During the work, we will use tools from the areas of: - theater pedagogy - work with the body and voice (acting, somatic, and improvisational techniques) - performance and theatrical improvisation - creative writing and working with text - feedback and individual and group reflection "In Your Own Voice" is a space for creative experimentation, a break from judgment, mindfulness of oneself and others—and also a personal and communal process in which each of us can resonate authentically. 📅 The workshops last 3 months. 🕒 They take place on Wednesdays: 17-19 🔗 Registration via the website: https://dkkadr.waw.pl/wlasnym-glosem/ Facilitator: Anna Bolewska – actress, educator, and social activist.
