    8-week Mindfulness MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) course – next edition We invite you to the renowned MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) course – a program for stress reduction and mindfulness development. The course teaches how to cope with difficult emotions, find balance, and bring calm and empathy into daily life. 📅 When: Start September 7, 2025 (Sundays, 6:00 PM–9:00 PM) and the second group from September 9, 2025 (Tuesdays, 6:30 PM–9:15 PM) 📍 Where: Ul. Mickiewicza 32, Warsaw (near Pl. Wilsona metro station) 💰 Cost: 1300 PLN (invoices issued) 📞 Reservation: An initial consultation is required; please contact 883 755 519 About the course: The 8-week Mindfulness MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) course is a process that supports coping with stress, regaining balance, and developing mindfulness. During the course: - You will learn techniques for effectively dealing with difficult emotions and everyday challenges. - You will learn to find peace and derive satisfaction from life, even in routine activities. - You will develop empathy, compassion, and a more relaxed approach to life. The program was developed by Prof. Jon Kabat-Zinn and is supported by numerous scientific studies. It is conducted by a certified MBSR teacher. What do we learn through mindfulness practice? - The process of actively focusing attention. - Acceptance of oneself and the surrounding world. - Coping with difficult emotions and stress. - Building a non-judgmental and fully accepting attitude. - Strengthening concentration and mental clarity. - Relaxation and regeneration skills. - Increasing a sense of effectiveness and self-awareness.
