Mindfulness and BREATH FOR LIFE is a 4-week mindful presence program based on MBSR guidelines, supporting stress reduction, tension regulation and building inner resilience. No pressure. No judging. At a calm pace.

How do we work?
Additional practice (for those interested): short morning breathing practices online, supporting regularity and integration of experiences.
