
Friday reset. Mindfulness. Calm. Silence. The "Quarter to the Weekend" series at the Psychotherapy and All the Best Workshop. We invite you to a regenerating, 1.5-hour workshop for everyone who, after a demanding week, feels that their body and mind need to pause, relax, and soothe. If you carry tension, overload, or an excess of thoughts, we invite you to our Workshop. We meet to slow down and give ourselves permission for a "moment of peace" before the weekend. This is a space for peaceful being: without pressure, without judgment, without expectations or demands – even those we place on ourselves. During the workshop: - I will guide you through soothing mindfulness practices, - we will go through gentle body relaxation, - you will experience a moment of silence that organizes what is chaotic, scattered, and unsettled, - you will help your nervous system return to balance and the feeling of "I am here."
