During the practice you will experience: - MOVEMENT Exercises inspired by yoga, healthy spine routines, medical training, and pilates core – strengthening the body from within, improving stability, flexibility, and movement awareness. - BREATH Breathing techniques that energize, calm, cleanse, and harmonize – supporting the nervous system, immunity, and life energy levels. - AROMARELAXATION Self-massage with Oilo aromatherapy, allowing you to truly pause and regenerate.
