A warm entry into the new year and a gentle return to your own rhythm. The beginning of the year is a perfect moment to clear your space – both internal and external – and focus on what you truly need. During the January meeting, you will care for your body after winter stagnation, calm your mind, and let your breath set the tone for the coming weeks. Program includes: - gentle practice of fluid movement, stimulating circulation and releasing tension from the spine - cleansing pranayamas, supporting concentration and mental clarity - aromatherapy for a new beginning – citrus essences to boost mood and motivation - guided relaxation with intention – grounding and a sense of inner clarity This meeting will be like fresh air and a deep breath – it will calm, organize, and gently stimulate your energy. Please bring yoga mats. Host: Sylwia Magdalena Buczak – wellbeing trainer, relaxation, breathing techniques, yoga, pilates core, and healthy spine instructor. Art therapist, Aromacoach, and creator of the Art of Wellbeing project – holistic workshops supporting psychophysical balance, regeneration, and inner integration. Sylwia combines natural methods of improving quality of life with practical tools for stress reduction and building mental resilience. In her work, mindfulness, gentleness, and drawing inspiration from nature are important – so that participants can feel fully cared for. How to get to us? - Nearest stops: Plac Wilsona (metro, buses, trams) – about 5–7 min walk, through the park - Access via a hardened, even park path is longer; near Prochownia, there is a shortcut with stairs – shorter route. - Along the park, there are wide sidewalks and crossings with lowered curbs. - Paid parking spaces are available nearby. - No designated parking space for people with disabilities directly at the venue.
