Do you want to build strength and confidence in low and/or high balances or work on mobility and active ranges, but don't know where to start? Or maybe positions like crow, pincha, king pigeon are already part of your practice, but you want to develop them, learn new transitions, and refine what you've achieved so far? If your answer to any of the above questions is YES, these classes are for you. I believe that a strong, stable body that uses its full, active ranges in motion is something we all need. I wasn't born standing on my forearms, hands, or doing deep bends, and I know very well how much effort it takes to find yourself in such positions. Gaining trust in yourself and the world is a process, and I warmly invite you to join it. And I assure you, it's a fantastic adventure! 📅 Classes start on September 18, and registration is required. 📅 WHEN: - Mondays 8:00 PM - low balances (crow and variations, koundinyasana, eight-angle, grasshopper, flying pigeon, and more) - Wednesdays 8:00 PM - inverted positions (pincha and handstands) - Fridays 7:00 PM - mobility for yogis and beyond (working on active ranges, mobility flow) 📍 WHERE: Yoga Republic ul. Śniadeckich 18 lok. 1, Warsaw (near Plac Politechniki) 💰 COST: - Single class - 70 PLN - 4-class package per month: only Mondays, Wednesdays, or Fridays - 220 PLN - 8-class package per month: Mondays and Wednesdays, Mondays and Fridays, or Wednesdays and Fridays - 360 PLN - 12-class package per month: low, high balances, and mobility (Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays) - 449 PLN (that's 37.50 PLN per class) 📩 REGISTRATION: Via private message or email: [email protected], with the subject: low/high balances/mobility - registration Phone: 663 282 638 Limited spots available! I aim for a small group of about 10 people. ADDITIONALLY: For all participants, there is a WhatsApp group where we share news, update information, express needs, etc. What if you don't have years of practice behind you? What if you want to, but at the same time feel paralyzing fear of all these positions? Come, learn the tools, see how you feel about it, and how to work safely at home to achieve your goal with respect for your body. I won't force you to do anything you're not ready for. I'll show you what you can do to achieve that readiness in your own time. I'll point out areas that need work so your body feels confident. Who these classes are definitely not for: - People with medical contraindications; - People who have been practicing yoga or any other movement for less than 3 months; - People who lack motivation and expect the teacher to do all the work for them; - People who expect immediate results and try to shortcut the process to a minimum; - People who think yoga is just light, pleasant work and are not willing to put in the effort. Classes are led by Justyna Urbaniak, who has completed a teacher training course in vinyasa and hatha yoga, Advanced Yoga Teacher Training in Power, Vinyasa, and Rocket yoga, as well as a Mobility Yoga course (all accredited by Yoga Alliance). She has participated in many training courses in Poland and abroad. She enjoys dynamic movement but with respect for the body's capabilities. Learn more about her practice on IG: good.enough.
