    About the event

    There is a time for action and conquering the world, and there is a time for rest and letting go. During Monday's classes, the time opens for your need for relaxation. During the 75-minute meetings: - We start with movement and breathing practices to connect with the body and prepare for the deeply regenerative properties of Yoga Nidra. Gentle basic asanas, Tibetan and Chinese exercises, pranayamas. - We move on to approximately 35 minutes of Yoga Nidra practice. The practice is performed in savasana - a lying position with closed eyes, step by step following the voice of the instructor. During the session, you will also hear the sounds of Tibetan bowls and bells. YOGA NIDRA: - reduces daily and chronic fatigue - introduces a regenerative state in delta and gamma brain waves - regulates the vagus nerve and supports digestion (chronic stress disrupts, among other things, intestinal function) - releases physical, mental, and emotional tensions (e.g., muscle tension; it also supports compulsive behaviors) - alleviates anxiety and depressive states, helps with insomnia - regular practice extends the deep sleep phase (REM) - supports hormonal balance (lowers cortisol levels), improves concentration and memory - connects with the subconscious and unconscious mind During classes in a small group: - you will support your nervous system - you will learn practices that improve the quality of life, e.g., sleep, focus, lower stress levels - you will experience deep regeneration, equivalent to even 4 hours of good quality sleep 📍 We meet in a charming room in the space at Mokotowska Street. Groups are 4-person. Classes are for everyone - you don't need prior experience. 📋 To participate in the classes, please fill out the form. I find great fulfillment in leading relaxation sessions with voice and sound. I love discovering the wisdom and flavors of the East. During the classes, I share an approach that has helped and continues to help me live in greater harmony. I completed a Yoga Nidra teacher training course and translate further training in this method. What I do has also been shaped by an Art Therapy trainer course, work in organizing and translating workshops dedicated to dance and conscious movement - and my own practice with wonderful movement teachers (since early 2021). My first education is in journalism. For the past 5 years, I have been exploring the cuisine of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Ayurveda.
