We invite you to the fourth workshop in the "No-Nonsense Workshops" series. During the workshop Live Harmoniously – Working with Thoughts and Emotions you will learn to observe your thoughts and emotions and manage them appropriately. You will also learn how to cope on your own with entrenched thinking patterns, habitual emotional reactions, and beliefs that make life difficult. Simple mindfulness practices and breathing techniques will effectively help you control stress, anxiety, and the tendency to write “black scenarios.” You will learn to effectively relax your mind and body.
The workshop is purely practical; most of the time is taken up by exercises under the teacher’s supervision and according to their guidance. All are safe and can be performed by anyone, regardless of age or health. You will achieve the best results by transferring the acquired knowledge into your daily, independent practice.
