We invite people working in Warsaw cultural institutions to a psychological flexibility training in a workshop format.
The workshop will introduce participants to the practical development of psychological flexibility within the ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) approach, in an experience-based way—where understanding comes from doing, not just from knowledge.
During the meeting, participants will learn the hexaflex model and, using mindfulness, metaphors and defusion techniques, will explore its six processes, starting with finding their own internal compass, i.e. values.
The later part of the workshop will allow participants to look at which areas of psychological flexibility need strengthening and how to practically transfer the workshop experience to everyday life. Participants will create their own realistic practice plan that will help them live more mindfully, in contact with their values, treating psychological flexibility as a skill that requires care and regular development.
