SOMA — somatic meditation developed by Dr. Jivasu, accessible to everyone; a body-focused meditation path.
Through gentle movement and attention to bodily sensations we will allow ourselves to gently return to presence in what is happening inside us right now. We will use simple nervous-system regulation tools to release accumulated tensions. By accepting what is present in our bodies here and now, we will open to sensing with the senses and presence, without the need to do or achieve anything in this moment.
