𝐄𝐍𝐇𝐀𝐍𝐂𝐄𝐃 𝐒𝐎𝐌𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐂 𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐑𝐀𝐏𝐘 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐆𝐑𝐀𝐌 𝟏:𝟏 “𝟗𝟎 days around the body” Sometimes it's hard to feel at home in your own body. Emotions, instead of supporting, can overwhelm, and somewhere beneath the surface remains tension that refuses to dissolve – despite treatment or psychotherapy. Discover what can happen when you devote attention and time to your body for three months. Through 𝟗𝟎 days of regular, weekly individual somatic therapy sessions, supported by developmental bodywork, you will gradually return to feeling, movement, and breath. You will learn to recognize tensions, support nervous system regulation, and build trust in your own sensations. We work through gentle yet deep contact with the body – touch, movement, visualization, and mindfulness. This is an innovative, holistic therapeutic-developmental approach, created for people struggling with physical, psychological, or psychosomatic issues – and who want to regain contact with themselves in a safe, natural way. 𝐖𝐇𝐀𝐓 𝐂𝐀𝐍 𝐂𝐇𝐀𝐍𝐆𝐄: - reduction of tension and psychosomatic symptoms, - greater resilience to stress and anxiety, - calmer sleep and ability to rest, - increased sense of ease and calm in social relationships, - regaining contact with emotions and sense of agency, - improved concentration, lightness, and clarity of mind, - deeper grounding in the body and in oneself. 𝐖𝐇𝐎 𝐈𝐒 𝐓𝐇𝐈𝐒 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐆𝐑𝐀𝐌 𝐅𝐎𝐑: This program is for you if: - you feel stuck despite therapy or treatment, - you struggle with psychosomatic symptoms without a clear diagnosis, - you live in a state of alertness, find it hard to relax, - you experience chronic stress, insomnia, tension pains, - you want to deepen contact with your body, life force, and vitality, - you need to regain a sense of direction and purpose, - you seek a natural path to balance and inner peace. 𝐖𝐇𝐘 𝐃𝐎𝐄𝐒 𝐈𝐓 𝐖𝐎𝐑𝐊: The program was created for people who live in constant tension and find it hard to feel peace in their bodies. If your nervous system hasn’t known relaxation for a long time, it needs a new language of contact – through feeling, movement, and mindfulness. As Peter Levine, creator of modern somatic therapies, says: “𝑇𝑟𝑎𝑢𝑚𝑎 𝑖𝑠 𝑒𝑎𝑙𝑒𝑑 𝑖𝑛 𝑡𝘩𝑒 𝑏𝑜𝑑𝑦, 𝑛𝑜𝑡 𝑖𝑛 𝑡𝘩𝑒 𝑚𝑖𝑛𝑑.” The body remembers and stores what is difficult – that’s why lasting change starts from the bottom up: from the body, through emotions, to thoughts. We combine Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST) – gentle, regulating touch – with the Body-Mind Centering® (BMC®) approach, which includes work with movement, touch, breath, and body awareness. By working with the nervous system, we support proprioception and interoception, allowing the body to relax, emotions to become more accessible, and the nervous system to learn to return to balance. 𝐇𝐎𝐖 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐂𝐄𝐒𝐒 𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊𝐒: The program lasts 3 months and includes 15 hours of work: - 12 individual sessions (BCST / BMC®) – weekly 1:1 meetings, alternating: one week BCST, the next week a somatic BMC session. - opening meeting – we set the rhythm and direction of work, - group session halfway through, which helps pause in the process and integrate experiences so far. - summary meeting, during which we jointly notice what has changed and what effects the process has brought. Additionally, you can join monthly Mindfulness workshops in a small group (for an additional fee) – a complementary space for mindfulness practice and deepening contact with yourself. Dates are arranged individually – the process unfolds at your pace. 🔗 Applications and questions via the form: https://forms.gle/WKyyqRk31aoNYmic7 📅 Program start: January 2026 📅 Applications until: December 20, 2025 *Limited number of places 💰 INVESTMENT: Accessibility price – 3000 PLN Base price – 3600 PLN (promotional for the 1st edition) Development price – 4500 PLN The price tiers reflect different financial situations.
