I invite everyone interested in deepening contact with themselves and their body — heart and free mind.

I invite those who want to release tension in the body, seeking soothing and regulation of tension. Through the path of dance, movement and listening to the voice of the soul. During the evening we are accompanied by music — selected according to the intention of the evening and live improvised drum music.

Each meeting begins with the practice 'awakening the dancer', i.e. unblocking the flow of energy and awareness throughout the body.

Through the body we practice mindfulness, a state of open mind, presence in the here and now, when thoughts, images and emotions can flow and connect freely. Practicing this state can improve the quality of our being in relationships and in the world in truth and trust in who I am — here and now.

No prior experience or preparation is necessary.

Anna Sierpowska – teacher, medicine woman. I draw my energy and knowledge from many years of practicing and training in Movement Medicine, Ma-Uri Bodywork and fascial massage as well as the Laban Bartenieff approach. I am a certified Movement Medicine teacher (practice of conscious movement and presence). A student of a certified training in Bioenergetic Analysis accredited by the Florida Society for Bioenergetics Analysis. Through immersion in movement I seek radical acceptance.
