Somatic Pilates classes combine the classic principles of the Pilates method with a somatic approach. Slow, flowing movement combined with breath and mindfulness helps activate the channels responsible for regulation and regeneration processes. Regular practice strengthens the tone of the vagus nerve, making us more resilient to stress and easier to self-regulate; it also supports the digestive system, improves sleep quality and overall everyday functioning. Classes are accessible to people at every level of experience. They can be particularly supportive for those seeking a safe, intentional form of movement, helping build bodily strength and stability as well as emotional resilience, and also supporting neurodivergent people and those with joint hypermobility.
Term: Tuesday, 17:00–18:00, from 03.02 to 31.03.2026
Registration: Sign up via the form.
Format: Open group — you can join at any stage
