Her path and language are movement – alive, conscious, true. Connected to dance, movement, and bodywork since childhood, she has evolved from a fitness instructor and trainer to an experienced mentor, trainer, and specialist in working with emotions, stress, and conscious presence in the body. She is a graduate of the Leon Koźmiński Academy, completed postgraduate studies in sports marketing (SGH), internet marketing, and professional coaching (ALK). She has systematically deepened her knowledge through numerous courses and workshops in Poland and abroad. The culmination of this development is her studies in psychosomatics at SWPS, which solidified her holistic approach to working with people. In her work, she combines strength and subtlety. She knows how to create safe conditions where one can pause, feel, and move – not just the body but also what is deeply embedded beneath its surface. Her style of work is based on authentic contact, mindfulness, and deep respect for each individual's process. She doesn't teach "how to be a better person" but helps you return to yourself – fuller, truer, calmer. Movement is her path: to the body, emotions, and awareness. The workshops she co-creates with Maciej are a space for those who feel they want more than just to move – they want to feel, breathe, move what has become stagnant, and reclaim themselves. Maciej Czernicki – for over two decades, he has been exploring the connections between the body, consciousness, and energy. He is a certified masseur and bodyworker, a member of the National Federation of Spiritual Healers. He works in the Lowen method, reaching deep layers of tension stored in the body's structure. Creator of original bioenergetic techniques harmonizing body, mind, and spirit (CUD). On a daily basis, he combines transmodal breath practice, intuitive dance, and touch work, creating a deeply transformative space. He brings not only therapeutic experience but also mindfulness and sensitivity to processes that are hard to express in words but demand movement, silence, or conscious breath. A passionate coach, he also accompanies people where hard business needs the softness of the heart's field. He skillfully navigates between worlds – body and consciousness, concrete and spirituality – while maintaining authenticity and deep respect for the other person's process. Participants of his workshops say that his presence opens a space where the body begins to speak, the spirit calms down, and the mind can finally rest.
