Group for young people on the autism spectrum
About the event
The group is aimed at people on the autism spectrum who want to strengthen their self‑esteem and social skills.
In the group we will develop awareness of one’s own needs, personal boundaries, and build contact and communication with other people.
We invite people on the autism spectrum who attend secondary school and want to develop:
- communication skills
- conflict resolution
- the ability to read others’ emotions and intentions
- awareness of one’s own needs when building relationships with others
The group will consist of 3–5 participants.
Term: Fridays, 16:30–18:00
First meeting: 6.02.2026
Last meeting: 19.06.2026
Age: secondary school
