At the introductory workshops “The Power of Breath and Meditation” you will learn more about Sudarshan Kriya (SKY Breath meditation) — a technique taught in 3-day meditation and breath workshops that helps immediately remove stress and learn to manage emotions.
During this workshop you will have the opportunity to pause, take a breath and clear the mind using a calming breathing technique and guided meditation.

Breathing techniques improve circulation and blood flow to the brain and activate the parasympathetic nervous system, which sends our brain the signal: 'Relax.'
Sudarshan Kriya is known as a powerful and effective breathing meditation technique. It helps eliminate accumulated stress and tension at the cellular level, removing negative emotions and toxins from the body, mind and memory — a deep cleansing of the whole system.
In the introductory workshop you will also learn an alternate nostril breathing technique. This technique activates both hemispheres of the brain; when balance between the hemispheres is created, we feel less stressed and more relaxed.
